Branded proposal PDFs and quote email

A quote proposal is the document the customer receives: Quote360 renders it as a PDF from your template - your columns, terms and conditions and footer - emails it from the quote, and keeps a copy of exactly what was sent.

What can a proposal template change?

A template is set up once and used for every quote that picks it. The line figures come straight from the quote, so the PDF cannot disagree with the numbers your team approved.

  • Table columns: which line fields the customer sees
  • Terms and conditions: your legal text, printed on the proposal
  • Footer: company details and anything you print on every page

How is a quote emailed?

From the quote itself. The email carries the proposal PDF and any files uploaded to the quote, and goes out through Resend. Each email and its attachments are added to the quote's communications timeline.

Can I see exactly what the customer received?

Yes. Quote360 keeps a snapshot of every proposal PDF it sends, so a later price change never rewrites a document the customer already has.

Which languages can a proposal be in?

Proposal PDF templates are in English today; Spanish and French templates are in development.
