What is on a quote line?
Every line points at one of your materials and carries three prices: the pickup price of the material, the transport price to the delivery site, and the delivered price with tax on top. Nothing is hidden in a lump sum, so the customer and your team read the same numbers.

How does Quote360 handle tax?
A tax rate set on the line wins. Otherwise, when TaxJar is enabled for your company, Quote360 calculates sales tax for the delivery address. When tax cannot be calculated, the line is marked uncalculated with zero tax - Quote360 never fills in a guessed rate.

Units and currency are company settings, chosen once and used on every quote.

The quote moves through your workflow stages, goes to the customer as a proposal PDF by email, and an awarded quote can be pushed to your point-of-sale system with one click.

- Does Quote360 guess a tax rate when it cannot calculate one?
- No. The line is marked uncalculated with zero tax until you set a rate or tax can be calculated.
- Can a quote include labor or equipment lines?
- Not today. Every line is a material with its pickup price, haul and tax.
